Born in Santiago de Chile, I. M. Martínez is a chilean-spaniard artist currently living in Toronto, whose photo-based works have been exhibited in Chile, the UK and Canada. Martínez’ work delving into the labyrinths of time’s amorphous structure in spite of being aware its elusive nature surpasses the human mind. Much of the artist’s work is informed by the physics of time and is inspired by a relentless pursuit to understand its multiple facets.
