Catherine Heard graduated from Ontario College of Art and Design in 1990, and completed the University of Toronto Master of Visual Studies program in 2005. Her sculptures, installations and drawings have been inspired as much by fascination with the strangeness of the monstrous form as with the contradiction of using fine craft to create abject images. |
